Unwell guppy

I've come in from work today and my female guppy that gave birth a week and a half ago seems ill, her body has got big and the underneath of her has got jagid like her scale are pointing out wards, she hasn't eaten and was near the top of the water. I seen separated her into a floating box and she is just resting on the grill (laying down)

Any help and thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I think this is a case of dropsy. Could you confirm that her scales are sticking out and her stomach is inflating just to make sure that's what you meant.

I don't see very clearly because of the light in the image, but if her scales are actually protruding, then it might as well be dropsy:3

So what is dropsy? And what should I do? I've never had this problem before
