vertical molly, what's going on?!

My silver lyretail is acting very odd today, he looks fine (other than 1-2 spots of ich that will soon be gone) but he's like sitting upright on his tail. Or laying in the gravel. If I go into the tank with the net and nudge the rocks near him he hops up and swims around just fine. What's wrong with him and how can I treat it?

Can you tell us your water parameters? Looks like ammonia poisoning

It's too late the fish and another have already died. The ammonia was at 0 ppm though.
