Weird Bumps on Espei Rasbora

One by one my espei rasboras will get these pimple/blister looking bumps but still be red and active. A monthish later after losing their appetite and gains more bumps they die. I’m just very confused because one will get sick and die, a month goes by and then the next gets sick. I used to have eleven :(
2~Ammonia-0
Nitrite-0
pH-7.8
3~the Tank is 36 gallons and has been running since last November
4~ Using the Aquaclear 30 and Fluval 500
5~8 1 inch espei rasboras, lots of pond snails, 5 large amano shrimp, 9 2 full grown and babies of various sizes under an inch bronze cories, and one 3 inch pearl gourami
6- I do a water change every week changing 10ish gallons
7~I have had the rasboras since December, I quarantined them for a week.
8-I did add the Amanos a couple months ago
9~I feed them frozen brine shrimp, flakes, and these flat sinking disks by Natural Geographic

Hard to determine from the pics, but my guess is the culprit is Ick. If you concur, I recommend using medication to treat the tank. Others choose non med methods, raising the tank temp. to 86 degrees and adding measured aquarium salt. There are numerous parasite meds available at your local fish store.
