Weird fuzzy white stuff all over pebbles in tank

Do you guys happen to know what these white fuzzy things are all over the pebbles in my tank?

I think I know what it is! I used some api accu clear on the tank when I was first setting it up two weeks ago. I used it two days in a row. Potentially maybe that's from that? Because I did read that that chemical causes clumping of particles

Either way you should be able to siphon it out easily.
