Weird lump floating in Aquatic African Clawed Frog tank

In general my frogs tank is pretty clean. I feed her a diet of turtle pellets and blood worms mostly which I scoop out the excess on the odd time there is any. I was passing by the 10 gallon tank last night and noticed this floating amongst the rocks. Any idea what it is? Was she constipated?

I've had her almost 4 years so this is an established tank and she's always been healthy. No real change in behaviour in her either.
