Yes I disagree with statement I use salt in by Bristlenose breeding tank and I haven't even had a fry die yet.
 
So the white spot is still there I have been using the medication in the pic and melafix continuously for about a week. What else can I do?

Its still there because this med will not help. Its a gram positive antibiotic and it has a very narrow spectrum of what it can actually treat. Jungle/Tetra fungus meds (its combo of antibiotics & antifungal) or treat with just a gram negative antibiotic such as Maracyn2 or Maracyn Plus (NOT regular maracyn which is erthromycin) or Kanaplex or Triple Sulfa/TMP Sulfa or Furan2. If you can handle him, you can apply a topical med such as methylene blue or Biobandage in addition to antibiotic.

Thats why I said this... I'm not to sure on the whole medication thing yet.
