What happend to my betta???

She was perfectly fine a few days ago but when I saw her today she looks like her fins are rotting, looks to be missing scales, and her eyes look foggy and white, almost like a zombie

You can get a lot of help here if you give us more info. A complete set of questions is up above these threads.

But basically what kind of tank are you using and what are the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels and pH? How often do you do a large water change?

Sounds like fin rot which often comes in poor water conditions or under stress.
