Whitish area midway between eye and dorsal. See attached photos.

NH3/NH4+0 ppm
NO2- 0 ppm
NO3- 0 to 5.0 ppm
37 gal.

New tank. Fish-in cycle w/ lots of dirty filter media from another tank stuck in my filter. Water has been stable for a month. Lots of dechlorinated PWC's.

All fish had been flashing so I did 2 wks at 86-88F I thought it might have been early ich, but I never have seen spots. Water is back at 76F now.

Fish are still flashing.

What's she got? How do I fix it? Treat separately or treat the whole tank? Plants, cory, WCMM, and shrimp share the tank.

I'm hoping to clean this up so I can add some angels and GBR.

Update-
Dr. Fishkiller in the house. Internet trained and certified.
Another punt:
Partially squished her with the net while attempting to catch her. Hydrogen peroxided the white area w/ a q-tip. Quarantined in her with salt and Quick Cure.

Any other suggestions?
