What is wrong with my fish :(

I have 2 dwarf gourami’s and the female has this tumour looking thing on her head.

Her behaviour is fine and she appears happy and healthy.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of it and is it a threat?

The lump is likely a viral tumor. Not really any treatment available. Probably not contagious. Only hope for remission is good nutrition and very clean water. Often times not fatal, just ugly.
