Potluck, it's good to hear that most of your fish are getting better. Looks like your new problem is "saprolegnia". Virtually every fish keeper deals with this issue at one time or another. Usually it appears on an injured or weakened fish. It can be treated by improving the water conditions. Since you are using the heat method to treat the ick outbreak, you must be performing thorough gravel vacs / WC every other day. That should help.
I'm not your go to guy for medication advise, but "melafix" is described to be an all natural medication that acts as an antiseptic and won't disrupt your bacterial bed. There are also several fungal meds available. Other members will be able to advise you on those. Things will get better. Good luck.

Yeah my water parameters are perfect, the spot is gone and a worm looking thing came out, I have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 15-20 nitrate, ph 7.5, temp keeps fluctuating and making me mad digital thermometers are junk lol, my digital reads 86.8 I did a test with 2 different glass ones they both read about 84

I've been doing 15-20% every other day with heavy gravel vacs
