White fuzzy bump on Oto

Noticed a white fuzzy bump on one of my two oto cats today. Should I treat it? Remove him? What is it?

Everyone else is doing fine.

I'm pretty new at this still, but I read this in my Freshwater Aquarium book - isolate the sick fish if you can, and add Aquarium Salt per directions to the tank. This won't harm the other fish, but will help the sick fish fight off the bacteria. I would also recommend a 40%-50% water change.

Isolate the fish immediately to prevent further infection. What are your tank parameters? Dose medication but go on the light side of meds as ottos can be sensitive to meds. Looks like a fungus... A few more opinions would be nice.
