White spot on Betta’s head

Hi,
A few days ago I noticed a white spot on my Betta’s head.
My first thought was he had brushed against a decoration and knocked off some scales. Today I see another tiny spot appeared so I’m not so sure what it is. He still has a voracious appetite and seems normal. He lives with guppies and they are all okay no spots. I don’t know if this may be Hexamita?

Could it be Ick?

Doesn’t really look like ick to me. Perhaps physical wound like suggested, damage from an altercation with a tank mate?
