White spot wont go away

I have had a 60 litre tank up running for 8 months now and I currently have 8 baby guppys, 2 black neons I did have 4 but the others died and I did have 3 angel fish but they died to. I can't seen to get rid of this white spot that is killing my fish and the tank has gone really cloudy like a milky colour. Please help

What are your water test results. If it looks like grains of salt it most likely ich raise temp of the tank slowly to 86 and leave it there for one week after the last spot is gone.
