White spots on clown loaches head!!

I have the tank temp at 86-88. No changes as of now. I'm hoping to see something by tomorrow.

Keep in mind that it will get worse before it gets better. Don't be worried if you see more spots tomorrow. The high temps are speeding the ich lifecycle

Its Ich. VERY common in clown loaches.

I know it's very common, that's why I chose such a sensative fish. Kinda like a challenge I took on. Does ich look alike in all fish species?

My smallest thinnest fish have dots. My larger fatter ones have no dots. Idk. Just searching for somthing to explain it.

Ok so still have no change in spots. I'm thinking I should have seen something by now. I will give it a couple more days and then lower the temp down to 78-80. That's about a week, is that enough time or should I keep at it.

I would say that's enough. You should have seen spots disappear if it was ich.

Did you lower the temp?

Yes I started bringing it down a couple degrees yesterday. My loaches still have spots so I'm hoping it means I have three males and two females. Idk. Kinda cool though
