You said you also lost another today? What size tank? Lvl's? Is it cycled and if so how long? What is the tanks stock?

Ok. Ya I found a dead one at 5 yesterday.
I had 5 of them so now I have 4
I once had one die from swim bladder when I got him. Then I got another one. Now one more has died.
I have a 20 gallon tall
1 dalmation Molly
1 ballon Molly
1 swordtail
4guppies
4 panda Cory's now.
The tank has been set up for maybe 3 months or so now.
About to test water. Usually runs
Between 0-.25 ammonia
0 nitrites
0-15 nitrates
Maybe about 7.2-7.6 ph
Temperature 80-82
It looks like he has mold growing on his face.
IMO...
But he swims fine. And eats.
None of the other fish have it. At all.
I thought maybe ich at first? But idk after research I think I can safely say its not ich.

Amm-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrate-30
I beleive this is high because of the current fish death. Because I did a 30 % water change Tuesday.

Also just to note, the fish that died yesterday did not have these symptoms, and I am afraid it may be columnaris. I read some of the information, his fins. Seem to be missing little pieces.

Ok in the pic it looks like it is going over his
Eye? Does it move like its not completely
Attached?

The other thing that's throwing a flag. Is the
Ammonia reading? You shouldn't have that. Curious, what filter are you use and how often do You do water change?

Also your temp is high for Cory's they like 75ish. Or did you raise it thinking ich

Hmm not quite. In some spots it does seem "stringy" but not a lot.
And it is complete covering one eye
Occasionally he will swim up the top. Breathe some air. And swim back to the bottom and swims at the bottom more or less in one spot but moves around.

The filter we have is a penguin 200
Filters 200g/per hour
Up to 50 Gallon tank use.
And we do a 6 gallon water change weekly. That's roughly 30%
Honestly I raised it a few because I new the tropical fish like it a little more, but I didn't think it would effect the Cory's really. And when I read up on ich kinda wanted to raise it higher but I didnt

Is there any way to tell for sure if it's columnaris?
Or if it's just a fungus...?
I would appreciate some more info.
I don't think it's columnaris because the other fish are fine?...
Idk tho.

Could any one confirm or deny this based on why his fins have decayed slightly...?
Or what is it I'm looking at. I would like to know more information
He is still Alive,

My girlfriend got some fungus clear, and it seems to have cleared up the fuzzy on his face a little bit.
