yellow lab not doing good

I think he's being abused by the other fish, almost all of his tail fins are gone except for like 3. I have him isolated now, he's in a plastic box floating in my tank. I'm going to move him to a completely isolated tank as soon as i can find it in my attic. Is there any hope that he will survive? What should i do?

Definitely separate him. I believe that fins should be repairable with time but the immune system will be weakened. The stress should also weaken its immune system. I do not know that much but maybe add a little extra Stress Coat or something to maintain its slime coat if you have it.
