Zebra danio red anus

My danio seems to have a red anus which seems quite enlarged.

Eating fine, swimming fine. Hovers sometimes in the top or bottom corner of the tank.

I reduced the amount of food to see if it reduced any swelling, but didnít seem to work

Thanks
