aiptasia ? or feather duster?

There's a couple of these tree like things on this rock.There white in color and very small. They don't have a oral disk nor mouth. idk what it is ? thanks for yor help.

Looks like the little feather dusters in my tank that are on my live rock. Has a hard white tube they come out of and the "feathers" are a red tint
