Can anyone tell me if this is good or bad algae? And if It's bad, what I can do to get rid of it. All help is greatly appreciated.

It's a little hard to say for sure, is it just on the rock? If it was on the sand aswell I would say maybe cyano. It looks like bubbles are trapped under the algae and with the coloration of the rock. Test parameters and what is your lighting / feeding habits? How old is the tank?
