The wife twisted my arm until I would buy this anemone. Now I can't identify it. :oops: Thanks.


Mrsezy33 identified it as a corkscrew arm anemone, where would I be with out her. :roll: Still stuck knee deep in fresh water!

The best I can come up with is a striped long tentacle anemone. I've never seen one before but there is a pic of one that looks alot like yours on wetwebmedia.com. Heres the link, it's the last picture on the page. It's not as easy to see but you can see the stripes on the disc. :? HTH

It looks like a corkscrew anemone to me.. My book says they should be placed on the sand bed. And they require bright light, what type of lighting are you running. It also says they need to be fed every other day or so and that survival rate in aquariums is poor.
