Anenome or starfish?

I have 4-5 of these in my live rock that I'm not sure of that they are. They have 8-9 feathery black and white tentacles that come out of the rocks and grab stuff in the current which it pulls to its mouth. When I touch them they retract into the rock. Hopefully you can see them in the image
