Hi!! I have little mounds in my sand that look like tiny ant hills. What is this and is it good?

lol It's fine. Spaghetti worms will do that, as will rock boring worms. If the hills are close to the rock, that's what I would suspect. If you have nassarius snails, they will cause this as well. Either way, it's not something I would worry about.
