Any ideas what these are?

Started off as my first tiny coral that appeared from no where, now a piece of rock has several bits growing on it. Just wondering if it is something I should be concerned about. Thanks in advance

Looks like fanworms to me. They are good. However i can see some aptasia in the background which isnt good!!

Those are feather dusters. Harmless filter feeders, and yours look pretty cool.
Aiptasia is a glass anemone and are a pest. You can see it in the top left corner. You need to kill them with a product like aiptasia-x, joe's juice, or squirting boiling lemon juice or water directly into the mouth.
