Baby Slug?

This tube worm looking thing, crawls and then stands like in the pic. Looks like it has horns, but not sure what it is or eats.

umm is it that little thing in the pic, i mean really little tibe thing then it is just a mini snail i think not harmful but be carfull not to cut urself on its tube it is sharp. i have many in my overflow box, well had i took em out bec i didnt like the look
