Is this a baby snail or what?

This is a full grown snail.
But you should get rid of it, unless you want your tank to get overrun by snails. They are asexual and lay up to 100 eggs at a time

im not entirely sure sorry :/ but if you need to cycle your tank you can keep them their waste helps

you can starve them by making sure you only feed your fish just enough food or manually picking them out or i didn't have fish in my tank when this happened to me so i just dumped them and washed everything thoroughly.
