My cardinal is looking sick and need help as all test show good and nitrates sit about 10-20 ppm it started out with stringy poop and stopped eating now got red mark near gill. Notice my water was at .028 but it's down to .026 now and will get it down more tomor.

Scroll down to the bacterial and fungal section it could be vibriosis. Could also just be aggression.

Cheers, well the redness is gone after water change yesterday but going read up more later. If he's got something will have treat all fish
