Birdsmouth fish???

Hi all

I wonder if you can help. I've been to my local aquarium and seen this great marine fish. But I don't know what it is there was no label on the tank. I asked someone in store and they said it was a birdsmouth something fish. But I can't find anything for that.

It's all blue about 4 to 5 inch long and has a long pointed nose. It almost looks like an elephant nose fish but much brighter blue.

I've seen those. They seem to always be laying on the bottom. Are they sick??
