Looks like a bleached out or dead favia/favite. Does it puff up any or release feeding tentacles at night?

Idk I don't really watch it at night but it still has color so I don't think it's bleached it does look damaged so I guess I'll watch it tonight

If its hard to the touch its probably dead :/

That's not true it doesn't feel soft even when healthy.. I've actually scraped my hand pretty good one time on one of my platygyras

Well just from the picture and the comment that its hard I assumed it might be dead. I know just because its hard doesn't means its dead. My brain coral was hard from being startled so it may not be dead but from the picture it looks like the average LR skeleton. I sure hope its not dead! I was just putting my 2 cents in!

I poked the center of the sections of the coral for the first time and found out that they were soft they also have little mouths in the center and when I fed it some how the food made its way to the mouths which it was then eaten by does this help with IDing it?

You have a favia. You can tell since the polyps share the same "walls" in the skeletal structure. But, still concerned about yours looking bleached. Is it coloring back up? What kind of lighting do you have?

Ok here are some pics
