Brain Coral need help identifying.

Does it look healthy I just got it yesterday and noticed some polpys had died since they kept it under about 2 WPG :-\ only about 2-3 polyps have died is that alright?

I agree, it looks like favites to me too. They are relatively not difficult corals to care for. I wouldn't worry too much about the dead polyps as they will not effect the colony as a whole. As long as their is no brown slime on the live polyps or any other type of infection you should be ok.
