Bristle worm?

So the other day I grabbed a piece of love rock and I must of grabbed on to a bristle worm because I felt a sting and the there were small little hairs in my finger. So I got them out but yesterday there were a ton of bumps on my finger and its swollen and they are still there today.

Ok so my question is. Are the poisonous.

no. they won't hurt you other than the bit of discomfort you are feeling, unless of course you are severely allergic, but in that case you would have already been to the hospital.
