Hi all!

We have some bugs (or buglike) things near our bubble coral. They're small (about pinhead size, almost like mites) & red in color. They're too small to get a good/clear picture of. Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks!

John

I have recently read about Red bugs that parasitize many different corals not just acropora. This was a single post on another forum I read, so I do not know how valid that claim is, but here is a pic of one of my acros with read bugs, is this what you have, or similar?

Nope from what I can tell they don't look like that. Here's a picture sorry it's the closest I could get. They don't seem to be bothering any of the corals, infact all the corals are doing great. They seem to hang out on the live rock on the coraline. I know this doesn't help, I'll continue to see if I can find an reference online. Thanks so much for your help Kevin! Again thanks for the help and sorry about the bad pic.
