Can anyone identify this?

Bit hard to see I know, the weirdest thing about it is when someone comes near it disappears in a flash then moments later appears through a tiny hole in some rock. Its white and feather like around the outside, about the size of a 10c piece.
Only changes recently in the tank was the addition of a BTA

is that a jelly type ring on rock ?

feather dusters have a small tube they come out of

the jelly like ring leads me to think antapasta or manjo (I know its spelled wrong)

if so its a pest needs be terminated asap as it will spread

It's def more feather like, there is just the one I can see for now. Had the rocks in there now 7 months but only noticed this a few days ago, after I put in the anemone...
