can any1 tell me what this is?

i bought this live rock from my lfs about a week ago with nothing on it and today as i was looking into my tank i noticed this little plant that im guessing grew in my tank and wanted to know if any1 new what it was??

Might be apsatia. Sorry about the spelling. It's tuff to tell cause of the green but there is green all around the rock so is it green like in the pic or is that just the camera

its actually green like neon green i was going to try to take a pic of it with the white light on but it closed already
