Can you identify these 3 pics

#1. These small shells are appearing on my LR. What are they?
#2 is a clear almost feather duster
Looking flower? What is it (hard to see)
#3 I been staring at my tank for 2 min and I've seen atleast 4 worms one was a little larger. They keep coming out of the holes on the LR?

#1. yellow looking things are sponge
#2. pict is blurry could be feather duster but leaning more towards antipasta better pict would help better ID
#3. most likely Bristol worm

Is the Bristol worms of any danger to my Lr shrimp or fish? #2 is hard to see with the human eye as well it's almost transparent and it's fascinating.

The first picture looks to be a stromid(sp) snail, harmless.
The third picture are sponges and I cant see the second picture clearly.
