clear tenacle with white ball on top

Anyone know what this is, just noticed it today while cleaning the glass. They appear to be clear tenacles with little white balls on top. They seem to just stay in shaded areas we have some more deeper in the rock cave areas. The solid clear thing is a sponge, I know that much. Thanks for any help.

Pseudocorynactis I think. It's a type of shroom.

LOL.. too true. I have not added any rock to my tank in over 5 years and I found a small white crab in some lace rock 3 days ago. 8O
