Clear worm on glass

So I woke up this morning an decided to switch my lights on to make sure every thing is okay when I noticed I had quite a few clear looking glass worms all crawling about the tanks sides. There so small that I could not get a proper pic but I'm worried on what they are it the straight white thing

It's a ditrus worm, it probably washed out of my filter when I pulled my media out yesterday. Any info would be helpful
