Clownfish help

So I bought these two clownfish in hopes that they would breed and they guy I bought them from said that they were male and female. But from what I know there should be a size difference between male and female but there isn't one. Can someone help with determining the sex of these clownfish. Click image for larger version

They do indeed change sex. The larger of the two will be female.

They are both male right now since they are the same size. The more dominant of the two will become the female and then them mating is up to luck. I've had my pair for a year an a half and they've never bred

Do they have to be a certain age to change or can it be whenever?

Usually 5-6 months. That's about when my female started putting on more size then the male.
