Crab id

Hello,
Can someone tell me if this little guy is safe to keep? He likes hanging
around Torch coral and sits right on top.

Yes, he's safe. he appears to be a porcelain crab
is this the guy?

Yes that's him or should I say her, cause wife pick up a bag of her and boom,,, lots of babies where out and about at the LfS... So she bought it the crab with out find out if it's ok to have in reef tank....my wife!!!
