Critters on live rock

What a great place you guys have here, very informative and helpful. I just set up a 75 gal tank and one of the pieces of lr have what looks like some sort of tube worm on it. Will this critter survive the cycle?

I have some critters on my lr. Some spaghetti worms and they survived a harsh cycle. I was pretty amazed.
