Curious to what these are, look like little star fish

I just started going to a new doctor office and they have a salt water tank and they have what look like little tiny star fish all over the glass. Is that what they are or could anybody tell me what they are, I am so curious!

Asterina starfish. Very common. They don't get much bigger than that.
