Dark green bubbles

Noticed this on my acans today is very dark green and is bubbles also has three grass looking thinks coming off it.

bubble agae do not remove in tank...take frag out of tank and pick the bubbles off with out popping them they are pretty strong and if popped in tank will spread eveywhere
