Noticing my live rock is turning orange or some sort of burnt!

Yep those are diatoms. They will go away once the silicates in the tank are used up .

Cool thought I had a problem, I have also noticed some coraline algae growing!

in time you will get some

yep diatoms part of the cycle they will go away once the rock is done leaching what ever it is leaching. If you used RO/DI water you shouldn't have silicates
