Eating my zoas???

Not sure what this is. It has been attached to the plug for about a week. Actually I only noticed about a week ago and not sure if it is munching on the corals or not.

Should I pick it off? Get rid of the whole plug?

You can check in those pics but it doesnt look like anything i could see looks almost like a mushroom?

it's not eating the zoas. it's a vermetid snail. i would just leave it be.

I have a similar situation. Since a similar snail has been on my zoas, they haven't opened. It moved from one colony to the next and the previous colony has been closes shut. It's been about 3 weeks now and no sign of it opening.

it could be related, but it might not. remove the vermetid and see what happens. don't kill him if you don't have to though.
