Not a clue what these are, but they're very very small. They're covering a rock, all of these are neon-ish green.

I don't think there feather dusters do they suck back into the rock/tube when u spook them? Looks more like some kind of nem

They are colonial hydroids. Not exactly sure on whether good or bad but I have some in my tank and they don't bother anything.
