Feather duster farm

I m not sure if these are feather dusters or not but does anyone know if they are good or bad for my tank?

Those are colonial hydroids. There are several ways of removal...but basically pull the whole rock out. You can super glue over them, burn them with a lighter, cover them in a kalk paste, or try a product like aiptasia-x. Personally, I'd burn them off and scrub the rock clean.
