I recently purchased some Fl Keys Aquacultured Live Rock and it is covered in a few different things that I was curious about, any information would be greatly appreciated. Also is that lime green algae the beginning of coralline on my new rock?

If you are looking for any more great live rock look up Ocean Exotics in Gainesville. They have some really nice pieces now and will be getting more in soon. Only thing is they are expensive unless you get in on the pre-order.

I'm not great on IDing things, but two of those pictures look like unhappy zoas?

I have bought stuff at Aquatropics as well and been misinformed. If you get down to Ocala I recommend Tanks A Lot. I found that Aquatropics has a decent selection of corals but I have been a little concerned with how their fish are kept and the information they give out regarding stocking tanks. Nice people though.
