Flatworm?

It's nocturnal, runs as soon as the lights come on. My guess is a flatworm, but who knows? Sorry the picture isn't very good. If it is a flatworm, any idea what kind it is and if it's harmful?

That's one of the things that make reef keeping so fun,always discovering new things,even after months or years in the same tank.
