I've got a 55 gallon tank that I've had my fish out of for 4 weeks almost 5. Letting it go fallow for 10 weeks for ich to die off. And I was watching the copepods eat some flakes I threw in there when I saw a couple copepods fighting with one of these worms over a flake. Then I noticed there were about 6 of these worms in that one area. Then saw one here and there in other places. Are they good or bad? They didn't seem interested in killing the copepods just took the food away from them. Was wondering if they were the worms everybody talks about getting wrasses to eat them. I think bristle worms?
Thanks for any help

You might be referring to flatworms. Some wrasses will eat those along with bristle worms and such.

A lot of people think bristle worms are bad and get wrasses to eat them. It's an old misconception, but it persists today. Bristleworms are good, with very few exceptions.
