Can someone please tell me what this white crab is and if he is safe for my mimi nano tank? He is growing very fast and shed about every two weeks.

Claw design are usually a good indicator of what kind of damage a crab can do. Can't see them in the pick, but if he's growing fast, I would probably remove him. Your LFS may take him.
