Good Pod, Bad Pod?

I found this guy on the glass and thought he was a copepod, but after looking at him under the microscope, I don't know what he is.

Looks like the isopod on there? But could be an amphiopod maybe. Great link though!

I may have answered part of my own question. I was looking up Isopods and I found a photo on a web site a creature that looks very similar to the photo I posted called a Stenetrium. Some web sites make them out to be algae eaters and others omnivore scavengers which would make sense.
